Your skins probbalby a bit sensitive or maybe you are just scrubbing to hard. Try to be gentler on your face and especially on your cheeks and hopefully the redness will go way.

Also, if you are applying makeup on top of your face cream that could be the issue. Often using the same brush or applicator for applying blush or powder it can get dirty and bacteria ridden. Wash your brushes and makeup bag regularily to avoid this or start a fresh and buy new ones.

your allergic, throw away whatever that stuff is, and wash your face, that way you wont get hives or swelling. go to the store and try some aveeno products, they work wonderfully or go to a dermatologist.
