How to care for combination skin?

I have really bad combination skin. My cheeks and forehead are really dry, while my nose and chin are very oily and i often break out there. what are some good face washes or any other skin care products for combination skin? How to care for combination skin?
I have combination skin also, but not in the same areas you do. I have a pretty good skin care routine you could use and products that can be helpful.

In the morning if you didn't take a shower, then wash your face with warm water to open up your pores. I highly recommend Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. It is very gentle and good for almost all skin types. It is also pretty moisturizing and doesn't dry out your skin like most cleansers. Once you wash your face, rinse off in cold water to close your pores. Pat dry with a towel, don't rub or it will spread bacteria and rubbing will pull on your skin and can cause wrinkles.

If you are going to school, work, or just going somewhere outdoors and exposed to the sun, you need sunblock! Many people don't realize that the sun is what makes our skin age, grive wrinkles, and dark spots. Its important to protect your skin at all cost. Have a moisturizer that also contains SPF of at least 30. Not just a sunblock lotion unless you want to put it over a normal moisturizer. Although its easier to have 2 in 1. If you are just starting off with these types of products with SPF, use Cetaphil Daily Facial Moisturizer with SPF 15 so your skin can get use to it. Then you can move on to Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer SPF 30. If you don't plan on going anywhere, use the moisturizer I am going to recommend below.

At night if you didn't take a shower, wash your face extactly like you would in the morning. Put on a moisturizer without SPF since you would probably be going to sleep. I recommend Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisturizer Gel. The gel verison is way better than the lotion! I broke out a lot more using the lotion and the gel is perfect! Usually, gels are better for oily to combination skin. If you 19 or older, you will need to start using products to reduce wrinkles. At around this age, you will start forming some and its easier to prevent now then to fix later. Use ROC Multi Correxion Night Cream, it contains retinol which is really good at healing and preventing wrinkles. Although, you may experiance tingling and redness during use. Its very normal with products that have retinol! Its only temorary until the skin adjusts do don't worry! ROC is known for it's anti-wrinkle creams.

Once a week, it is good to exfoliate your skin. It will remove dead skin cells and other dirt that lies deeper into your skin. Use St. Ives Apricot Scrub. This exfoiliater is good for acne-prone skin. They have little small balls in that that exfoiliate your skin really well. Don't use daily, it will irritate the skin.

Hope this helps!
