I went to a dermatologist and he prescriped both a Retin A and a bleaching cream. I also get laser skin treatments 2x a year and always use a sunscreen. They now carry sunscreen in a powder form which you can use as your setting powder after you apply your make up.
Hydroquinone lights dark spots on skin so it could lighten your skin and hair too if you're not careful.





Look in the skincare aisle at your local drugstore under creams or 'bleaching creams'.





Any Hydroquinone higher than 2% is prescription grade and must be prescribed by a dermatologist.

Japanese skin whitening products, those seem like the only products that work. America only sells ';skin bleaching'; products and that doesn't work to well...
Do a search for ';fairness creams,'; most often sold in India.
Get Covergirl Cosmetics Liquid Foundation. The Classic Ivory would be nice. Just make sure that your skin color now blends in with what your putting on. Don't worry, it is a great product that doesn't cause acne.
