Because Esthetics is part of Cosmetology. Cosmetology is hair nails and skin, The only one who has there own board is the Massage Therapists.Estheticans are Skin Care Specialists! So why is there license issued from the board of cosmetology?
because its part of the cosmetology program.. cosmetology is not simply hair, it it about the beauty of the body, your toes, feet, skin, nails, hair..all of that is cosmetology
