How do we take care of our skin when we are outdoors during the most intense midday heat? How do we also take care of skin that has been sunburned on multiple occassions in the past?
If we were to take care of our skin when out in the sun after being overly exposed in the past, would this improve the state of our skin and lower our chances of any form of skin cancer?
I am searching for an accurate and thorough answer. Thankyou for all answers. How to care for your skin in the Sun?
Use long sleeved SPF reducing tops and long pants. Cover your head. Use sunblock.
Yes taking care of your skin will decrease further damage and can only make it look better. Many many years of excessive sun exposure my have damaged your skin too much to have it look soft as a baby's bottom, but don't add insult to injury by continuing the sun exposure
