What is the best facial skin care product?

my friends has real bad acne and am trying to see what is better then clear and clear and proactiveWhat is the best facial skin care product?
I've been using a facial cleanser from the 'Biore' range.


It's called ' ice cleanser, you can get it from anywhere ..

The cleanser is great, it completley removed my pimples, I also use the pore scrub after it it's great. I recommend the cleanser %26amp; the scrub for flawless skin.

I use Aveeno Clear Complexion Cleanser and Moisturizer and then I exfoliate once a week with Biore's Pore Unclogging Scrub and they really work well :)


Just remember that moisture is the key! Even if you have oily skin, you still use it.


Some tips:


-drink plenty of water (6-8 glasses a day) as this can help flush out toxins that cause acne


-eat your fruits and veggies!


-exercise (as the sweat you produce also takes these acne-causing bacteria out of your body, but just remember to wash your face afterwards)


-try to reduce the amount of stress in your life, by doing something such as yoga (stress is the number one cause of acne)


-do not pick or touch your face EVER. This can cause the bacteria to spread, causing more pimples.


-reduce your sugar intake as this can aggrivate acne.
