Sunscreen, do you put it under or over skin care?

I have pale sensitive skin %26amp; at the moment I'm having a series of peels %26amp; my beautician said it's very important that I avoid the sun %26amp; always wear sunscreen. I used to use a moisturiser with suncreeen in it but now I'm using other skin care from the beautician so I use 30spf. I'm just not sure if I should put sunscreen on before or after the skin care.Sunscreen, do you put it under or over skin care?

try mixing together so its like having a moisturizer with spf in it already
