I actually work at a place that specializes in skin care products,
first of all you have your basic skin care products which are cleansers, toners, masks, exfoliators and moisturizers.
It is important that everyday you use a cleanser and immediately follow up with a moisturizer that is appropriate to your skin type, this is good if you get blemishes and acne because after you wash your face your skin kicks into gear trying to make up for all the'; lost oil'; which clogs your pores eventually causing blemishes... now since you mentioned they are caused by anxiety, maybe you are sweating and producing more oil when you are nervous, try carrying some pre moistened facial wipes with you in your purse which will help cleans in between cleanses.
Chemical Peels are a cosmetic procedure in which a chemical solution is applied to remove layers of dry and damaged skin... However a less extreme method would be to start using a facial exfoliator, such as St. Ives apricot scrub, if you use this several times a week along with a mositurizer( as much as I see you dont like moisturizer P:) ) your skin will appear brighter smoother and more healthy looking
For Moisturizer I would recommend C.O. Bigelow Deluxe facial Moisturizer, Pure Simplicity Oat Facial Moisturzer , both of which can be found at bathandbodyworks.com
just make sure you are purchasing products that are specific to your skin type i.e oily combination dry sensitive other wise you can get different results.... any more questions email me at Chevybabyxo87@aim.comWhat is the best way to take care of your skin?
Your doin the right stuff , its just called GETTING OLDER!
I have had very great luck with Aveda brand skin and hair care (sold only in salons) You can also get it on Ebay. It's expensive, but it works. Besides, how much money do you spend at Starbucks every week? Spend it on Aveda products instead. ;)
Aveda was founded by a French herbal biochemist
Some of Nu Skin's stuff is great too.

There are many causes for blemishes, but one of them is having an adverse reaction to your cheap skin care which may be full of irritants.
