How should I take care of my skin as a teen?

I have pretty oily skin like many teens and right now I don't do much to care for my skin. I just wash with soap and water, but that's about it. I don't know much skin care, so can you please help me?

I want to take good care of my skin but not spend too much time or money. Thanks for your help =]How should I take care of my skin as a teen?
take this from someone who knows alot about skin, you should always cleanse, tone and moisturize young skin especially teen skin-which is why i try to do those important 3 at night before i sleep, you're supposed to do it night and day but thats so much hassle and thats how your products run out quicker than just applying it at night, it's better at night because then your skin absorbs it all whilst you sleep, you should try the body shop they do a whole 5-6 peice set for 12 pounds on how to cleanse tone and moisturise using natural products that really work, or you could try tesco or superdrug and find loads of products and skin washes like neutrogena which is one of the best, witch is also supposedly really good for oily skin and the t-zone the scrubs usualyl cost 2-3 pounds and just use a normal moisturizer for your face that you may already have like nivea face cream, and also usually the facial scrubs usually have a toner in them so look out for 1 that has 2 in them if not all 3

remember for great healthy skin cleanse tone and moisturize to get rid of blackheads and open up pores!!

hope this answers ur Q!

good for you to be asking - don't just think about what you put on your skin but think about what you feed your skin from the inside out. Good nutrition is important and lots of water. For what actually goes on your skin as natural as possible is best.you can find alot of information on the web site in the resources section below of things to avoid. hope it helps.
Well, u shud b moisturizing, drinking lots of water/fluids, getting enough sleep %26amp; washing/cleansing ur skin daily. By moisturizing, ur leaving ur skin feeling soft %26amp; spongy not dry %26amp; oily. U shud b drinking lots of water to nourish ur skin %26amp; keep it clear %26amp; reduce pimples %26amp; acne. Getting enough sleep is important so your skin can breathe %26amp; also hav time to heal any blemishes %26amp; stuff.

Hope it helped.
Well i have combination skin

so its get oily %26amp; sometimes it gets dry %26amp; etc.

so i use Clean%26amp;Clear Morning Burst every morning

%26amp; it tends to make my skin a little bit dry

so i just use a simple moisturizer right after.

%26amp; if you wear foundation, try not to use a lot.

it'll just make it worse if you wear more.
wash two times a day, morning and night.

use a scrub 2-3 times a week to take out dead skin cells.

use moisturizer to keep skin hydrated.

use a face wash with no beads everyday.
What you are doing at present is the best solution for oily skin. Continue it morning and evening
Drink lots and lots and lots of water. Take a Cod Liver Pill once a day. CLEANSE your skin twice a day (morning and night) and put on moisturizer every morning.
I would say a simple facial wash, toner, and moisturiser will do
